TruckPark, the digital truck parking leader and the largest single platform where truck drivers find, reserve and pay for guaranteed safe parking in real time, announced today that they are partnering with industry innovator Dock411 to increase the visibility of parking locations and availability.
Dock411 is an award-winning data platform for trucking, transportation and logistics. Dock411 collects, curates, and shares facility profiles and reviews. A complete facility profile in Dock411 includes over 70 attributes, including local directions, restroom availability, lumper fees, hazards, and photos.
With this partnership, drivers, dispatchers, and other operations and support staff can use the Dock411 mobile apps and web portal to find the nearest TruckPark location and link to the TruckPark.com website to reserve a space. Additionally, the parking locations and information is automatically shared with all Dock411’s data partners, exposing it to thousands of additional users.
“We have been excited since day one about this partnership”, said Anthony Petitte, CEO for TruckPark. “Dock411 helps us bring a full suite of tools to the industry…. shippers now can direct drivers to safe and available parking, carriers rest easy knowing their drivers and payloads won’t be compromised and drivers have the option of choosing locations based on preference. Amenities, security and yard features are all visible to driver’s that use the app”.
“We have a large capacity focus in the Chicago and Atlanta market right now, and everyday our team is working hard to add more secure locations for drivers.” Said Joshua Walls, COO for TruckPark.
“We’ve worked hard to make Dock411 a great tool for the industry by listening to our users,” stated Eric Weidl, Co-Founder of Dock411. “Drivers have told us again and again that finding available parking is a daily challenge. Not only do they want more parking locations, they want to be able to find those locations. We’re excited about the opportunity to work with TruckPark to expose their parking locations to a wider audience.”
Future plans include the ability for drivers to reserve parking directly through the Dock411 app and to see the number of available spots in real-time. Additionally, there are plans to add more capacity around more shipper locations nationwide.
